1.Why to plan an IDO?
Just like the OHM token,ZeusDao is a fully community-backed project, and we are not planning to raise any funds from VCs.But we need to raise funds to back the ZeusDao treasury,make the protocol more and more powerful.
2.Tokenomics
Just like the OHM token, there is no maximum supply of $ZEUS. The initial supply, however, will be no more than 110,000 $ZEUS tokens.
No more than 100,000 $ZEUS tokens will be sold during the IDO.
No more than 10,000 GIZA tokens will be distributed to the team (10% of the tokens sold in the IDO).
There is no lockup for IDO tokens.The team tokens will be deposited into the protocol and locked up for one year.
3.IDO Timeline
There are 2 phases in the IDO.
The first phase is only open for whitelist.Let’s call it presale.We supply 50,000 $ZEUS tokens for presale.
The second phase is open for public.Let’s call it public sale.We supply 50,000 $ZEUS tokens for public sale.

4.IDO Price

During the presale,each whitelist can pay 1000 USDC at most to buy $ZEUS.The price for presale is 10 USDC per $ZEUS.
During the public sale,there is no limit for public to buy $ZEUS.The price for public sale is 30 USDC per $ZEUS.
After the IDO, you can get your $ZEUS immediately.
